A South African Bibliography, volume 2, page 768, lists two albums - BOER WAR, No.1. and No. 2. Only one copy of No. 1 and two copies no No. 2 are listed. No place or publication or firm date is offered. The photographs in this volume are of the Natal Campaign from the battlefield of Elandslaagte to the relief of Ladysmith. There is a photograph of the monumement to the 1st Battalion 1st Leictershire Regiment listing those who died in the 'defence of Ladysmith and are buried in this ground,' next to the grave of Private J. Greenow R.A.M.C. who died of enteric fever in Ladysmith on 19th December 1899.
